Yes. Events outside Kolkata can be considered depending on the location, event requirements and logistical feasibility.
Yes. Event requirements, décor concepts and execution plans can be finalized according to the client's preferences, venue and scope of work.
A minimum of 12 hours may be required for complete setup. The actual time depends on the venue, event scale, décor requirements, venue access and permissions.
Cancellations made 60 days or more before the event are eligible for a full refund, subject to agreed terms. For cancellations between 30–59 days, the refund depends on expenses and commitments already incurred. Within 30 days, the booking/advance amount is non-refundable.
After the initial 15% booking amount, 35% is payable as per the agreed schedule, while the remaining 50% is settled according to the finalized working terms, generally on or before the event day or after setup completion and handover.
A 15% advance payment of the total quoted amount is required to confirm the booking and block the event date.
Services are available across Kolkata, Salt Lake, New Town, Rajarhat, Madhyamgram and Barrackpore. Events outside Kolkata may also be undertaken depending on logistics and requirements.
Perfect Tale Events provides event planning, décor and execution services for weddings, receptions and other special celebrations, based on individual event requirements.
